After the untimely demise of his father, Sri Rangulal Mishra, the family faced major struggles. His elder brothers played a crucial role in raising the younger siblings.
He completed his schooling from Shri Tilak Vidya Mandir Inter College, Gonda.
He later moved to the USA for higher education and graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Susheel arrived in the United States in 2013, initially working various jobs in cities like Chicago, Las Vegas, and California to support his family back in India.
Alongside his career, he pursued diplomas in Astrology, Gemology, Vastu Shastra, and International Human Rights.
He has established himself as a disciplined and spiritual individual in both professional and personal spaces.

In memory of his father, he founded Rangulal Carriers Inc., a logistics company in the USA.
He later expanded into precious gemstone and jewelry business under MS Industries, dealing in certified natural diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds.
His ventures also include network marketing, insurance, investment, and export-import business.
He is committed to ethical business practices and genuine product delivery.

A deeply spiritual person, Susheel strictly abstains from alcohol, meat, and any form of addiction. He regularly worships Lord Ram, Sita, and Hanuman.
He co-founded Shri Rangulal Madhav Seva Trust, an NGO dedicated to education, girl child empowerment, health, and marriage support for underprivileged families.
